The Center for Innovative School Facilities provides access to professionals who can help districts develop funding options to help meet their budgeting needs. This includes pre-development costs and alternative funding, as well as supplementing bond financing to cover the gap between traditional and green building. This section includes a financial toolkit, designed to walk districts through financing options and act as a central clearinghouse for alternative financing options.
