Ruth Scott is the founder of Innovation Partnership, a five-year-old non-profit "grass roots activator" group. IP's mission is to find innovative solutions to Oregon's persistent problems; the organization's success is a result of bringing together diverse collations of civic leaders from business, community and local government to tackle specific issues. For more than thirty years, she has taken a leading role in bringing together and mobilizing diverse groups around projects that make Portland and Oregon a better place to live and work. Founder of the Oregon Main Street Program and Oregon's Downtown Development Association, Ruth led more than a dozen Site Panels for Oregon's downtowns as well as participated on numerous national panels. Recently she founded the Center for Innovative School Facilities and drew on many of the statewide lessons learned with Oregon's Main Streets.
Jeff Renfro

Jeff is a Portland native, graduating from Central Catholic HS in 2002. Afterwards, he left for California and earned a BS in Political Science and Philosophy from Santa Clara University. He moved to Yangzhou, China to teach English for a year, before returning home. Jeff spends most of his modest income on traveling the world. He is a film buff and avid reader, and enjoys cooking and running. Jeff is a militant cyclist who chafes when forced to ride in a car. In his freetime, Jeff brews beer with his father, and enjoys supporting cycling related causes.
Quang Tran

Quang Tran was born in the city of Canby, Oregon where he graduated from Canby High School in 2002. After attending Clackamas Community College for two years, Quang eventually made his way to Portland State University. There, his studies focused on Marketing and Information Systems while working part-time as a waiter. Armed with a BS in Business Administration, Quang joined Innovation Partnership in 2008 to support and assist with forthcoming projects. In his free time, he participates in sports, weight lifting and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
